What WP Virtuoso is designed to process
WP Virtuoso may process account identifiers, connected-site details, WordPress operation metadata, usage records, support submissions and billing references required to provide the service. Payment-card data is intended to remain with Stripe.
WordPress credentials
Controller integrations use WordPress Application Password credentials. WP Virtuoso is designed to store controller credentials encrypted and not return them through ordinary controller APIs.
Operational data
WP Virtuoso may retain audit records, job receipts, usage events, support tickets and security-relevant service logs for service delivery, troubleshooting and abuse prevention.
Third-party processors
The current platform uses hosting/database infrastructure, Stripe for billing and the customer’s chosen AI client. A final subprocessor list, data-location statement and legal bases will be published before launch.
Your choices
Customers can revoke WordPress Application Passwords, manage paid subscriptions and request account/privacy assistance. Data-subject and privacy requests can be sent to info@wp-virtuoso.com. Official website: wp-virtuoso.com.
