Terms of service
Commercial product draft. The final operating entity, jurisdiction and policy decisions must be inserted before public paid launch.
Service
WP Virtuoso connects supported AI clients to WordPress through structured abilities, commercial account services and safety controls. Features may evolve as WordPress and AI-client capabilities change.
Customer responsibility
Customers remain responsible for the sites they connect, the instructions they give AI tools, appropriate backups, lawful content and reviewing approval-gated changes before authorizing them.
Subscriptions
Paid plans are offered monthly or yearly. Annual pricing is currently set 15% below paying the same plan monthly for twelve months. Billing is handled by Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically for the selected billing period unless cancelled before renewal.
Cancellation and refunds
You may cancel a paid subscription at any time through the WP Virtuoso account portal or Stripe Customer Portal. Cancellation stops future renewal. Access to paid features continues until the end of the monthly or yearly billing term already paid for, after which the paid subscription ends unless you subscribe again.
Except where required by applicable law, subscription payments are non-refundable. Nothing in these terms limits mandatory consumer rights. Where applicable consumer law provides withdrawal, refund, repair, replacement or other statutory remedies, those rights continue to apply. Any separate consent or acknowledgement required for immediate performance of digital services during a statutory withdrawal period should be collected at checkout where legally required.
Usage limits
Plans have rolling 24-hour allowances measured in successful WP Virtuoso actions. Failed or refused operations do not count.
Acceptable use
WP Virtuoso must not be used to obtain unauthorized access, distribute malware, violate third-party rights or bypass WordPress/site permissions.
Availability and liability
Production service levels, warranty disclaimers, liability caps and governing law must be finalized for the operating entity before public launch, subject to any mandatory consumer protections that cannot lawfully be excluded.
